Mindfulness and Canoeing Countryside Retreat

Leave the outside world behind at this retreat... a beautiful combination of mindfulness, meditation, nature and adventure! Mornings begin with guided nature walks, followed by mindfulness and meditation workshops, with yoga in the evenings, leading onto games around the campfire at night. One - to - one counselling is also available (upon request) and digital detox is encouraged.

 

Outdoor activities include sports games, a self guided canoeing tour on Benson River and sightseeing at Oxford Botanic Gardens!

Note:

  • free admission for children below 5
  • ladies/men only tents are available for those sharing - groups of 3 and 4 persons will have their own private tents
  • individuals and groups of 2 persons will share a tent with others
