As an Event Assistant the following tasks would need to be fulfilled.
- Liaising with potential partner clients
- Assist in event set up
- Be a point of contact on the day of the event
- Registration on the day of the event
To be considered as an Events Assistant, you will need:
Experience working in a customer-facing and/or administrative role would be desirable
Excellent communication skills
Professional and respectful telephone and email manner
Ability to work as part of a team
This role is a voluntary position working from home with some meetings to which travel and food expenses would be provided whilst enjoying the experiences.
