Amazing Albania and Kosovo

We found the to Albania tour good value for money and well organized. We were picked up from the airport and thrust directly into the tour by visiting a mosque for prayer and meeting the rest of the group. We were then given a walking tour of the central area of Tirana including Skanderberg square. We then were taken to Albania Zipline centre which was very thrilling. The next day we went rafting and horse riding. We also had an amazing home cooked lunch from a local family. The following day we visited Kruja castle and did some market shopping and lunch and went to our new hotel in Shkodra. The next day we visited the Ruzafa castle and then some of the group went Quad biking. On the final day we went on the cable car in Tirana and played some mini golf. The local tour guide Khair Ud-dheen spoke amazing English and was an Imam and Lawyer. He provided an amazing insight to all the sites that we visited and was an absolute joy to be around. Abdulmaalik Tailor was with us throughout the tour and he also provided us with vital information and answered all our logistical and scheduling questions. As a Muslim family, we didn't have to worry about finding Halal restaurants and prayer places as this was preplanned for us. Overall we enjoyed the trip very much but it was a very full and tiring 5-day schedule. There was so much to do that we would have preferred to extend the tour by a few days and done either 1 or 2 daily excursions.

The whole experience from flight to hotel and excursions was 5 star experience. This was by far my best holiday experience. The cost of this trip was affordable. We went on this trip for a week and there was a range of activities to do every day as well as balancing it so it is not too overwhelming. The people were very hospitable
