For the prupose of this Summer weekend away trip we will create a WhatsApp group which you need to be part of it, so make sure you have a valid WhatsApp number.
We only accept legal names for bookings. Kunya or revert names, initials or Mr and Mrs are not acceptable. If your booking includes these we will make contact with you and also have the right suspend or cancel your bookings.
Once booked there are no refunds, however you may transfer your booking to somebody else as long as you inform us.
We reserve the right to cancel this event due to low numbers, in which case we will refund you. However we may be able to run it still but we will need to requote the price based upon the numbers. We are not responsible for any expenses you have incurred from your booking.
